Introducing Mr. Jignesh Viradiya, Operations Head at ACCTAX GLOBUS, a dynamic professional with a solid foundation in finance and accounting. His journey began with the completion of his B.Com degree from Gujarat University in 2015, laying the groundwork for his remarkable career in the financial sector.

Early in his career, he joined J V Patel & Associates as an intern, where he gained invaluable knowledge of Indian accounting and taxation. His dedication and clear mindset propelled him to the position of Senior Manager by 2017. In this role, Jignesh actively participated in the management of the firm, demonstrating his leadership capabilities and commitment to excellence.

In 2018, recognizing the broader scope of the finance field and its global implications, Jignesh pursued a Diploma in Corporate Accounting, which he completed in 2020. Adapting to the challenges of the pandemic, he founded Virtual Manager in 2020, where he effectively managed various departments, assisting them in achieving targets and addressing operational gaps seamlessly. In early 2023, driven by a shared vision for outsourcing services, Jignesh collaborated with Mr. Bhautik Viradiya and Mr. Prakash Jasani to co-found ACCTAX GLOBUS. Ms. Kotadiya began her professional career with a BBA degree and, in 2017, joined D BKUMAR & CO as an intern in accounting. Her dedication and commitment to excellence quickly made her an integral part of the team. While excelling in her professional role, she pursued further education and earned her MBA in Finance in 2022, demonstrating her commitment to continuous growth and learning.

In her pursuit of expanding her skills, Ms. Kotadiya recognized the increasing importance of the global business landscape. To further enhance her understanding of international business practices, she pursued and successfully completed a Diploma in International Business Management (DIBM).

Nikhil Valyani is a motivated and results-driven finance professional with a strong background in business and financial transformation. With 7 years of industry experience, his expertise spans strategic planning, finance and accounts, taxation and compliance, and financial process optimization. Nikhil excels in areas such as accounts receivables/payables, financial analysis and reporting, and financial statement preparation, along with UAE tax filing and building lasting client relationships.

Currently serving at Renounce CPA Firm, USA (until October 2023), Nikhil oversees the optimization of finance systems and is accountable for all aspects of business taxation. He formulates and implements financial strategies that align with business objectives, leads the development of accounts consolidation, and establishes comprehensive financial policies and procedures. Additionally, he manages detailed bookkeeping tasks, reviews financial statements, and communicates tax findings to clients.

Previously, as Bookkeeping Accounts Manager at FACT Consultants (September 2019 – September 2022), Nikhil provided strategic financial recommendations, managed VAT returns, and handled financial reporting for online shopping websites. His role involved collaborating with tax authorities and leading teams to ensure compliance. Prior to this, as an Executive at Entigrity US CPA Firm (February 2019 – August 2019), he prepared individual and corporate tax returns, communicated with clients, and maintained high standards of work quality.Nikhil holds a Diploma in Public Accounting from AMITY University (2019), a Bachelor of Commerce from Bhavnagar University, India (2017), and is currently pursuing his US CPA qualification. As an Enrolled Agent (EA), he is qualified to represent clients before the IRS. His technical proficiency spans Microsoft Office, Gsuite, and tax software such as UltraTax, Drake, ProSeries, CCH, and ProConnect, as well as accounting tools like Zoho, QuickBooks (Online and Desktop), and Tally. In 2023, Manish earned his Enrolled Agent (EA) qualification, empowering him to represent clients before the IRS and manage complex tax matters with confidence. Since February 2023, Mr. Deep Vora has been serving as the Senior Tax Manager at ACCTAX GLOBUS, bringing over 5 years of experience in tax preparation and financial services. With a B.Com degree from Gujarat University (2016), a Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification, and as an Enrolled Agent (EA), Deep is highly skilled in managing complex tax issues and representing clients before the IRS.

In his previous roles at CA Trupal Patel & Co (KPO) and CA & CPA Pradip Patel & Co (KPO), Deep gained extensive experience in US bookkeeping, bank reconciliation, payroll processing, and vendor reconciliation. This foundation allowed him to specialize in tax filings for individuals (1040), small businesses, and corporate entities (1120, 1120S, 1065), ensuring all tax returns are meticulously prepared and fully compliant with the latest regulations.
